You must not stay up on the news. There have already been problems with men wanting to and then being allowed to use women's bathrooms. A high school in Louisville is struggling with this problem currently. It was posted to this board around two weeks ago.

The courts struck down much segregation legislation as well. All passed by states doing their citizens doing. That is what the purpose of the courts is. protect the weak and disenfranchised. It's part of what makes this such a great nation and why so mant people want to come here, any way they can.
