Doug Flutie just game the Big East some love
Watching the Nebraska-Missouri game. At halftime, Flutie went out of his way to argue that that Louisville, if it runs the table, should be in the championship game, and that the Big East is a legitimate BCS conference, even one of the better BCS conferences this year (so stop the Big East bashing).

Thanks Doug!!! 04-bow 04-bow 04-bow

No matter what, Doug Flutie used to play in the Big East even though it is for the BCU Beagles. I wish those guys try to watch the games instead of seeing what is on the helmet and in front of the uniform.

Michigan is struggling against Ball St.
Iowa is losing to a very bad Northwestern team at home right now
Florida is in a close one with Vandy although they are driving
Maryland is winning at CLEMSON at the half
Miss St is beating Alabama at their home

Anything can happen on any given SAT.

Maryland beat Clemson 02-13-banana

Miss St beat Alabama

Kansas ST is winning by a large margin,

Looks like Louisville and WV sos will go up even further on that alone.

It feels weird listening to the media actually DEFEND the Big East. They're even praising the mid-tier Big East programs like Pitt, USF and Cincinnati!

Wow the ACC sucks. Right now the "big" Game is #16 Boston College at #22 Wake Forest. If Wake beats BC then the ACC likely won't have a team ranked in the Top 15 for another week. And if Miami wins then the ACC will lose two teams out of the Top 25, and possibly 3 if BC wins. What a power conference!

I forgot to mention that kentucky beat Georgia. Yet another reason for the Cards sos to move up. The Cards could come very close to Michigan this week in the #3 bcs spot. The teams that they beat for the most part had a good day and they beat #3 WV. While at the same time Michigan struggled with a mac team, and not a good mac team either. They could lose some votes as well as sos goes down for beating a 3-7 mac team.

Kansas State is winning at Colorado as well.

I'm a little torn on this one. I'd love to see Judas College go 0-12 every year, but at the same time I think it's hilarious that they've got a chance to win a conference championship, which they never did in the Big East. I also love that they got shipped off to Boise last year. I think getting jammed in the bowl selection process every year might be the best thing for them. Get no love and respect from their conference and maybe they'll come crawling back here and beg for forgiveness.

I still have a serious issue with ESPN. Why the hell are they still making the legitimacy of UL's NC bid a source of debate?? All this Holtz-May halftime debate, and list of the "best one-loss teams" are a direct shot at the BE and their possible bid.

I say GO UL! Run the table and win that NC!! No disrespect RU, Pitt and UConn, of course.

Home games vs. Miami and WVU, and road games vs. KSU, Rutgers, and Pitt are better than a lot of so-called contenders. Hell, Ohio State doesn't have a (current top 25) quality win, other than short-handed Texas. If UL beats RU, they'll have two, just like OSU will if they beat Michigan, and vice versa.

The only "top one loss team" I'll feel has a beef will be FLA with their tough schedule (one road loss vs. a top team). But, hate the system (i.e. no playoff), not Louisville.

BC is just not very good. They gonna get whacked in whatever bowl they play if they go against a real opponent. I hope a BE team line them up and kick their ass. Of course, they might end up in Boise again facing San Jose State so you never know. Won't that be justice if they play in Boise again?
