Any team can have one good year. They won't be there over the long haul. I'm looking at destination jobs.

This thread is about which bball jobs are bad. UVA has made the NCAA or NIT the last 10/15 years. I would say it's not that bad of a job. Since Terry Holland took over in the mid 70's they have pretty consistently made the NIT or NCAA. They aren't just good 'one year'

This guy has Marquette, UNLV and Minnesota listed as "bad jobs?" --- the real "bad job" is this article - the guy is a frucking idiot.

Wow, if that's the mindset of ECU basketball there is a major problem. If the program sets the standard that aspiring to be a perpetual CIT program is the definition of success and it wouldn't cause the coach to be on the hot seat that's a pretty low bar. I know it's still early and i haven't had my second cup of coffee yet but your joking right?

Actually that's raising the bar for our program. There's a reason we spent so long in cusa and it wasn't 50k people in the stands for football.

You should throw the facilities they have in there as well. Easily got to be some of the nicest.

Other than Uconn, there is not a "destination job" in the AAC.

I don't think any realistic ECU fan could deny that we were for decades...simply god awful. We still have a way to go to be considered any threat on a consistent basis. Hopefully better days are ahead. We simply did not put the money in the program that it deserved. That seems to now be changing.

I understand what he's saying about UNLV, but you cant have them on the list. Same with Minnesota and Marquette.

Penn State, Auburn, Wazzu, TCU should all be ahead of them.
