Didnt know Rand Paul was a drug user tbh. Oh and it is not a movement it is common sense battling ignorance in a public setting imo. That being said it reminds me of yesterday these scantily clad teen aged girls came up to me and asked me to buy them a blunt b/c supposedly they were both away from their things lol. It just really put things in perspective b/c they really wanted the cigar to obviously smoke weed they had already acquire but did not have the ability to acquire a cigar to roll it. You literally cant make that chit up. I remember when I was in HS alcohol was so much harder to get than pot and it was not even funny. Just give up we need reform and the past is the past.

On the topic of Global warming. Are we having an effect? probably. Can we quantify it? no. Do I want to to bloat the EPAs power to proportions greater than the DEA? no. Do I want to give the government an indiscriminate way to tax? no. Do I want to help preserve the environment? yes

Result: I will deny we have an impact till the day I die. I work for the government I know what it can and cant do.
