Try this. It was blacked out earlier, but it's working now. http://espn.go.com/watchespn/player/_/id/1826449/

I am watching in Cincinnati.

Congratulations to Jeff Duncan for leading the Flashes to the title in his first year as HC, with the championship win over the Zips. Jus do this every year and we'll be fine.04-cheers

Less familiar to Akron than to Kent.

I'm fine with winning the championship every year ... doing it after getting hit by injuries, coming out of the #4 seed and beating Akron in the championship game doesn't have to be repeated every year.

OK, but can't we beat Akron for the title every year?

No, because it should be something special.

Since the other way for it to be something special is for them to sometimes grab the title from us, I rather it be special because they don't always make it to the championship game to play Kent.

Hey - it's twice in one month, Acorn came in second to us at the Women's Track and Field championships.

I'd be happy to win a championship in any sport over Acorn each year

RE: MAC Championship: Baseball
Baseball America is projecting the Flashes to Nashville for the NCAA Regional:

NASHVILLE
1. Vanderbilt^
2. Maryland
3. Cal State Fullerton
4. Kent State*

The other likely possibilities are Louisville and Bloomington.

Louisville it is.

Kent vs. Louisville and Kansas vs. Kentucky.

UK has what is generally agreed upon as the best player in the country in A. J. Reed: hits .353 and leads the nation in HR with 23 AND has 11 wins and a 2.10 ERA on the mound.

Every Kent championship in a sport that Akron plays where we beat them in the regular season is a championship over Akron, whether they were good enough to make the championship game or not.

Lovely ~ this week is the change of term, and last term I had a Friday evening class, so I was lucky that Kent State won the Friday bye last week ... and this week I have Friday evening off.

As far as the match-ups, the match-up is supposed to be tough for the underdog.

Miami upset Louisville earlier this year, so they're far from unbeatable. I hope KSU pulls it off and ends up making another trip to Omaha.

Kent State is 14-14 all time vs Louisville and 2-5 vs UK. They have yet to face Kansas.
