Actually Scott won both the long and triple jumps @ the MAC Outdoor T&F Championships in Athens, Ohio.

EMU's men and women are both very competitive picking up some first place finishes and will be competitive for the MAC championships to be decided over the next three hours.

EMU's men are second behind Akron, which has a very, very deep squad.

I believe the EMU women are 3rd.

Most of us thought that Mr. Scott would be an All MAC WR when he first came to EMU but a track star he is! Kudos to Mr. Scott

EMU's men team has won the outdoor championship with a tremendous 'stretch run' placing 2, 3, and 4 in the 5000 meters and winning the 4 x 400M relay to hold off Akron in the last two track events.

I believe the EMU women finished third.

RE: Congrats Donald (Scott) you are a champion
Scott was a heavy favorite to win the triple jump as he is one of the nation's best. But he has rarely competed in the long jump so winning the long jump was huge for him personally and for the team.
