So basically, Memphis State, or anyone in the CUSA for that matter, will NEVER in my lifetime have the upper hand on Ole Miss. THE "DUNG OF THE SEC" OWNS YOU!

Until Ole Miss plays more than one C-USA team dont claim ownership of the conference.....its not like you play USM anymore..... and i would say the University of Memphis will be giving you guys some trouble in the next few years.... 03-nutkick

Why would we want to play more than one game with any conference other than our own each year. That is not a question to be replied too. We're sick of that whiney debate!

Just simply stating that OM cannot claim any dominance over our conference seeing that they only play Memphis! Is that fair? ? ?

Ole Mis has one good year and they start flaming others. I'd put my money on a couple teams(in conf. USA) over Ole Miss (minus Eli). Without Eli, Ole Miss would have a tough time in conference USA. I wouldn't call Ole Miss the dung of the SEC, but year in year out they are one of the bottom teams.

USM had a damn good team this year. If it weren't for the savior Eli, USM would have easily been the best team in Mississippi. Memphis also had a good team (just ask Ole Miss players)

haha, and an OU fan knows a lot about Ole Miss football as well eh. So I guess having the number one dual threat qb in the nation as a HS senior sitting behind Eli, with two years in the system means we will still suck. I forget, Eli was the one running those routes, and cathing those long passes as well. We'll see next year. I think Ole Miss contends for the SEC W again. Care to make an avatar bet on it Eagle or Sooner?

Correction USMC, we have three lethal weapons that are waiting in the wings. I think it's going to be hard for Cutt to make the decision between the three. Maybe one of them will get peeooed and go to Memphis or USM 03-lol

We'll play you when you upgrade your high school size stadium.

You guys just don't get it. It's the same reason State College won't play you either! :arse:

no its not the reason....msu does not have that much of a bigger stadium and thats an sec school. Obviously, being in the sec has its benefits.

ours holds 55,082, USM's is 41,300, so it is a bit bigger, but not by much but we are still one of the smallest in the SEC and yes, being a SEC member does have it's benefits, no denying that.

Malone Stadium at the University of Lousiana-Monroe only holds 30K and we play them. I'd hate for Tennessee, whose stadium holds 100K+ to deny playing us because our stadium holds 30K+ less.

RebelKev, I think you need to change your name to GoldenEagleKev. Everytime an Ole Miss poster posts something negative about USM, you come to their defense. I wish they would get on our schedule to stop all the trash talk about how both MSU and Ole Miss is scared of them. Our overall record against USM is 18-6-0. I don't think they have much bragging rights when they haven't beaten us but 6 times in 24 games. I get so fed up with USM fans, that I know, that brag about what a great team they have every year. "We are CUSA Champions!!" So what!! While USM is stomping pansies like Houston, Tulane, Cinncinnati, etc......, Ole Miss is playing teams like LSU, Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, etc...... True, we have some early game pansies also but they play that type of team every week. They played three games out of their conf. last year and got their butts spanked. But, because they won their conf.(again), they got to go to a bowl and got manhandled by Utah. That's right, Utah!! 03-lol What's really bad is that CUSA is just getting weaker. I'm making a bold prediction...............USM will win CUSA again next year. 03-lol Until they get out of the weakest conf. in college football I just can't hold any respect for them.

It pisses me off as well 32, but what's the point in not playing them and shutting them up about it? We play UL-Monroe and Memphis, don't we? Just for the record, I do NOT always step up and defend them every time something is said about them and I HAVE had my rounds with USM fans about Ole Miss. Get your facts straight. My opinion is worth as much as yours.

....oh, and I think I'll be keeping my "RebelKev" username. I'm not going to get into a pissing match about who's the bigger UM fan.

I bet there is a pony in that pile somewhere! 03-lol

Maybe when we come to "the Vaught" your new quarterback will not trip over his feet on the biggest play of his college career. :monty:

Rebel Kev isn't a USM fan just because he views things more fairly...he has a valid point...what if Tennessee snubbed you guys because their stadium is so much bigger? Calling our stadium "highschool" is a low class comment and not true. How a fan conducts himself can reflect on the school....i think RebelKev is a much better rep for Ole Miss than any of you that like to bash....unless your joking of course. 03-lol
