It's that weekend again...

Is anybody going? Especially anybody who is NOT a resident of Louisville?

I'm going, but I'm from Louisville. Love this time of year.

I am going fishing tomorrow. Never care much for watching the nags run.

1. Have no idea who is running...

2. Tomorrow going to a BBQ...

Having a cookout. Nothing special this year. Woodford should be good though.

Churchill Downs is definitely a destination for all incoming ACC fans who are coming to see their team play at PJCS or the Yum!

Watched Goldfinger for about the 15th time last night...great shots of Kentucky while ***** Galore was flying.

Louisville is my away game for '15.

Place the money on Lucky Dan.

I've been to the track in Lexington (or at least *a* track in Lexington - I'm not sure how many there are) and I've been to Saratoga a lot, and always had a blast. Horse racing is a ton of fun, and the only kind of gambling that I do (albeit, I only bet for the horses to show, so it's hardly gambling).

I LOVE the bourbon distilleries in the Louisville area, though (despite the fact that I HATE bourbon).

That track in Lexington was probably "Keeneland". A nice picturesque track but it isn't Churchill.

You might think you don't like bourbon but you probably haven't found "yours" yet. I would suggest trying all of them. I am a Knob Creek guy myself. I would suggest trying it or Woodford. Chances are you will find one you like.

That track sounds right, and I've tried hundreds of them. Woodford Reserve was my favorite, though. However, it would about take a gun to the head situation to get me to order it. I guess that means more for you

I believe Makers tasted too sweet. From what I remember, it had a very sweet vanilla taste, or am I confusing it with something else?

I also remember the Makers and the Woodford tours being very nice (especially the Woodford one).

Makers Mark for me when I want a Kentucky bourbon.

I was there...no luck on betting front....still a great time, great weather, and great scenery!
