No you didn't because even nativity scenes have been upheld. You're struggling.

Interesting that you would say that because there is another Supreme Court case that would prove you wrong.

Stone v. Graham, 449 U.S. 39 (1980)
Court finds posting of the Ten Commandments in schools unconstitutional.

You also might find it interesting to note that in that case, the Supreme Court referred to Lemon v. Kartzman.

Your trolling isn't even all that clever.

Really? Do I have to explain to you that if the ten commandments cannot be displayed in school then neither can a nativity scene.

I agree.

Frankly, I'm surprised that not more people would see that right off the bat.

selling raffle tickets would not fall under this decision. No taxpayer money is being used.
the government action must have a secular purpose
There is no government action (such as funding public schools) here.
We are talking about a school employee selling raffle tickets.

The finding of the court is Is it constitutional for the state to provide financial assistance to religious schools for the cost of teaching secular subjects.
However, relative to the selling and buying of raffle tickets, there are no state funds being used, no state assistance.

Teachers are paid by taxpayers. If they are selling raffle tickets for their church during school hours, that would be an obvious violation.

It isn't a state action. It is a voluntary action by individuals. I asked you to post a court decision that says selling raffle tickets is unconstitutional, you have failed. You lost this one and you lost and the non religious flyer.

I know Cops and Firemen who sell raffle tickets inside their place of employment on the job.

You are a one sentence pony, no critical thought. Your court case does not apply. Why can't you post the court decision that does not allow selling church raffle tickets, you said you would.

I'm still waiting on something that remotely indicates that this flyer was unconstitutional.

Most people think you are being a bit silly crying and whining about an egg hunt. Kids love em. Even the guy originally complaining wasn't saying what you are saying. You have taken a very small thing and blown it up larger than it needs to be.

The eggstravaganza flyer contains no religious speech period. Governments all over the USA sponsor, allow, and advertise "Easter" Egg hunts all over the USA on Government property. Fitbid's stupid posts on how a tax payer funded private school teacher salaries .........has nothing to do with the individual and voluntary behavior of a public employee is earth shattering awful. Frankly, he isn't Fit to teach in a public school.

But I never complained about it. All I ever said was that I thought the guy had a case against the school.

If you consider that complaining then sheeeeesshhhhhhh

Easter egg hunt has as much to do with the Christian observance of Easter as Santa Clause does for Christmas... ZERO. Hard for a secondary religion to attack a secular observance.

It is disappointing that people do not see the significance of Easter egg hunts and Santa Claus in Christian tradition.

This country really has lost it's way.

It's really disappointing that people confuse Santa and a bunny with Christ.
