I went to school with a guy like that... It got to the point that his parents padlocked their door at night. He left for the Marines and was discharged after saying he was bipolar. They found him psychologically unfit.

These muslims been joining the military before Obama was President.

Again, how can we seperate those w a prior record that will or won't change their life. Both groups have the same form of tattoos, jewelry, and slang. Do we really say no to a ton of future recruits because a small minority is just bringing military tactics to the streets and forcing people that legit want a chance to change to stay at home and end up in jail or dead.

How is that possible when these pictures are being taken right in the barracks and combat zones. They are even tagging military property. Good God man. The problem is a politically correct stranglehold that military leaders must abide by. I am not saying they don't already profile. I am saying they need Israeli style profiling.

Okla, you're missing the point. It's impossible to screen gang members before they join. It's easy to locate them once they're already in. Then you gotta consider the tactics of recruiters and the mere fact they have to meet quotas or theyre back in a warzone or on a ship. Plus the fact that judges are prone to send criminals to the armed forces rather than prison. Work in a recruiters office for 6 months and your local meps for 6 months. You'll learn quickly it's not easy to judge two different people with the same style of ink and such.

No it's not. It takes a more rigorous profiling system like training recruits to recognize tell tale signs like history and associations. They don't even ask about gang association or check for tattoos.

Only the Army checks for gang affiliated tatoos. Gangs are on the rise in the military. Both are facts. You are saying that it's perfect the way it is and nothing can be done.
