He's ONLY got $2.4 million coming in from AU over the next 4 years. How much are any of us likely to receive in that 4 year period?

Barbee just found out the same thing that some others had to learn.

He thought Auburn was a good opportunity.

I tend to look somewhere in between, Auburn was a bad fit for Barbee.

Barbee got the money.

Auburn got the hot coach flavor of the month.

It didn't work out for either of them.

Auburn can be a good opportunity, especially with a good coach like Pearl

Ok, I'll play along. The article says that Barbee rarely tweeted for himself but that most of his tweets were handled by Auburn's executive director of basketball (whatever that is). Since he is no longer at Auburn, who would be handling his tweets other than his agent or himself?

It could still be the same guy that did it before.

After all, Auburn gets a big discount on the rest of his contract if he's a head coach somewhere else.

Hope he gets the FAU job........LOL

FAU might just be happy to get Barbee since his record at UTEP was good enough to get the AU job and no one has done all that well at AU. If he should get the job, AU might get out from under some portion of the buy out. It could turn out to be a win-win-win for them all.
