You can wrap the garbage in the stats, folks. Bottom line is that we know that we can win this game and players know it, too. Yes, we can get blown out but my money says that is not going to happen. It comes down to turnovers and not falling in love with the 3's too much. We can beat them on the boards so pound that joker inside.

I was simply commenting on what happened- not why.

It seems like a consensus that while they earned a 1 seed, they are not necessarily world beaters.

But they are really good and if they play well and our kids do not- they will win easily.
If our kids play well and they do not- we will win.

Most likely somewhere in the middle but generically- we are not overmatched- although performances will dictate in the forty minutes. If both teams play to their potential- they likely win close- or not.

Our losses this season at least 6 of them were caused by our lack of focus and intensity. How many games we lost did we just allow wide open shot after wide open shot? Or take contested shot after contested shot, or turn the ball over 9 times unforced. I just don't see it happening in the NCAA's. We may lose, but like several of our losses this season we won't beat ourselves.

Focus by the Seniors- make the little plays correctly- and a little stronger play by Shaq and Austin- and we advance.
