Someone here posted this week that #1 seeds rarely win the Sun Belt tourney. Well chalk up another year for that.

I'm not talking down the GSU fans, but its pretty arrogant to practice cutting down the nets before you play the championship game! Coach Hunter reminds me of former UL Coach Jesse Evans.

That's a surprising stat. WKU the only team able to pull it off. Of course WKU was the cause that others got knocked off as well

Wow, just wow. And to think we had a GSU poster here all bent out of shape because Payton commented that he thought the Cajuns matched up well and were the better team.

Practicing cutting down the nets.........NOT TODAY.........

We probably are doing it wrong. We wasted our time practicing basketball instead of cutting down the nets.

WKU didn't beat USA in 2007 or 2008, MTSU did. In fact, you couldn't beat USA either time in the regular season in 2008, even after having a white out against USA in Bowling Green. If we had met in the championship of 2008 it would have been one of the biggest championships in Sun Belt history.
