3rd base positioning was key mistake for FIU.

As WG said after the game, Blake Fox needs to have a good start today. After 3 extra inning games in a row (CUSA), let's give him some cushion offensively.

A 1-0 lead? Let's get real. Our offense is currently what it is.

RE: Rice vs FIU Game 1 (NOTE LIVE STREAM AVAILABLE)
I know there were some problems with people getting the video feed last night (device-wise). Did y'all try both feeds? There's one listed on the FIU site and one on the Rice site. Here are the feeds for Saturday's game:

http://www.riceowls.com/allaccess/?media=434396
http://www.fiusports.com/Multimedia/Mult...vents.aspx

I don't know if that would make a difference since they're both, in the end, the FIU feed.

Personally I ran into trouble last night with the video freezing badly, so I switched over to the Rice Audio feed (not JP, but I didn't catch who it was).

.. but sometimes, apparently, they can string some hits together to actually score runs in bunches. Double digit runs today for the 4th time this season.

Though as a team we are only batting .273, currently:
JCReeves .408
CMcDowell .350
and Leon is above the Mendoza line...

There's hope!
