The UAB Marching Blazers will be performing the National Anthem at today's Daytona 500!!! Check it out on FOX!!!!

The band is there. Now that you mention it, I don't think I ever heard they were playing the old Star Speckled Banana, but they're there, and they played something somewhere.

From the info I have:

"Participation in the Daytona 500 mass band pre-race show".

I know there are at least 2 high school bands playing with them.
