Wow, La Tech is going to be pissed when entering Norfolk Saturday. Can ODU finally beat a top-tier CUSA opponent this year? Will need a much better offensive effort than what we saw this evening.

Well, they were wrong. Next year that will probably be true though.

That said, they would probably just point to our postseason flops of which will probably happen again, so I don't think we have much room to talk here. Aside from a couple of decent NIT wins we've been awful in the postseason, and I will remain only cautiously optimistic until I see them get it done when it counts most (though I still don't and never will like rewarding the tournament champ over the regular season champ).

We're going to have about 100 people from our work cheering from the balcony for our alumni event. Hopefully the team can get some rest and La Tech doesn't take any frustration out on us. =]

I'm afraid that the LaT game will be much like the USM game. keep it competitive early and they'll pull away late and end up winning by 10-12.
