Heard rumors . and viewed on Instagram several players have left the team.

Zack Singer (probably the biggest loss)
Dusty Moore (Kennesaw State)
Eric Church (Coastal Carolina)
Chris Overton (Indiana State)
Roman Clay (MSU)

Heard there were roughly 12 players that left but those are the only ones I can confirm.

That is true. They did lose some. From my understanding it was because of lack of playing time and most wouldn't be missed and it would free up scholarships

Singer is the only loss on that list. The rest didn't crack the 2 deep last year and Roman Clay wasn't even on the team, as he was let go before fall camp.

I agree with Singer. He was a solid player but had no passion and was playing behind Jon Cunningham (who defines Passion) though it sounds like the incoming DL guys have more appeal than Singer.

What a great weekend to host recruits. The weather was great yesterday and also a well attended basketball game I'm sure helped the environment out. I wonder how many times a recruit comes to Kent and cold and cloudy day and says.....Next!!!

No QB commit after Jakobi Meyers flipped to NC State. With some players transferring out over the holidays, this class could grow to 25-27 before it all said/done.

Great weekend by the coaching staff, getting 4 already committed recruits on campus with 6 uncommitted and turning them all into commits! There are (2) official visit weekends left to complete this class, as 2015 National Signing Day is February 4th.
