ECU has a huge weekend against UVA this week. Win 2 of 3 and we might be pretty good this year. We have the pitching to be. If the offense can manufacture runs then we could be a solid ball club.

Tulane defeats Louisiana Tech first game of three game series. Tulane now 5-0. Tulane will be a major asset next year to the AAC in baseball.

Every AAC school has recently upgraded facilities. Houston's current administration has improved most of the athletic facilities recently.

An upgraded Cougar field will welcome AAC baseball teams. Have a look:

The media can ignore the AAC for only a short time. This conference will be strong in several sports.

RE: AAC baseball has started
The Tulane coach Rick Jones put in 20 hours a day recruiting and coaching when he first started at Tulane. He also had great assistant coaches like the current TCU coach. But after paying Rick $500,000 per year salary he became lazy. Zero recruiting and poor coaching. Since 2008 we have not been to the NCAA tournament sad. Rick needs to retire and we need a national search for a young dynamic coach that will put in 24 hours per day recruiting five star athletes to Tulane baseball again.
