That's very helpful. Thank you. We are looking at some houses around there.

We rented a house just east of the Pink Palace when I was in law school and really enjoyed it. Joffre Neighborhood. Ended up buying a house on the same street.

Harbert Avenue ******* is where I grew up, I loved living in Midtown as a kid even if suburban parents wouldn't let their kids drive to my house. Bought my first home on Spottswood in that neighborhood between Target and Gibson's. Good times, but life has taken me to other places.

You know you are from Memphis if you know where that Target is.

It blows my mind how that shopping center is considered "hidden." I've always known about it, even when I didn't live nearby.

Cool. 04-cheers That makes at least 3 of us on the board. For now. Trying to recruit nellis to the hood. 4*, great upside, looks good on the hoof, can't miss prospect.

There was never a worse feeling in college than coming out of the old Patrick's after a night of drinking only to see the sun out and east memphis mom's waiting on Target to open in that parking lot.

That was the target I grew up going to. I'd love it if my wife could get a job there.
