Delegal was at the Signing Day event.

Delegal has been doing some work for brad hoey. not sure if he is employed by the U

Maybe the NIU spokesmen when Hoey retires?

"The U" is Miami of Florida and Delegal's from Miami. Do you mean Miami or NIU?

Speaking of the Caravan they are doing it again this year but adding Schamburg to one of the stops.

IIRC the event days will be June 1st-4th.

Any chance they come back to the Lombard/Oak Brook/Downers Grove area?

June 1st-4th
Chicago, Rockford, Aurora, Schamburg

I attended the one in Aurora last year at the Foundry just outside the mall that is on Rt 59. It was a nice event, the food was much better than I was expecting and much more food than I was expecting. The one down side was the wait staff which was awful. They had 3 servers in a room of 60 yet I ordered drinks for my family twice and never got a single one.

The Foundry is known for bad service. I'd probably go to this if it was anywhere else. I'd almost rather drive up to Schaumburg even though I'm within 10-15 minutes of the Foundry.

Looks like there was another addition to the 2015 class:

It's official: @VBFootball DB Antonio Jones-Davis has signed with Northern Illinois. @Chasingreatnes6 #TCPrepZone

Jones-Davis had offers from Illinois, Tennessee State and South Dakota. Listed as a DB but some schools were looking at him at linebacker.

Lance Deveaux Jr. is still not official. I wonder if he is a gray shirt now or still waiting on grades?

Looks like he helps to make up for the loss of Riggins. Now if we can only get a guy to make up for the loss of Ingold, probably won't happen at this point.

If this guy gains 20-30 lbs, he will be a LB. Otherwise, he will be a safety in which we have recruited alot of DBs.

I doubt this is a walk-on from Florida but it might be a grey-shirt offer or its possible someone has left the team opening up a scholarship.

That was my thought. Will be interesting to see.

Would think the spring roster will be out in around 2 weeks or so. That will indeed be very interesting.

I have a feeling this will be a grey-shirt offer based on academics.
