Our over 9,000 seat arena has been filled to capacity during every home game this year, our team is on a roll and we will probably reach the sweet sixteen, our AD beat the doors of our chancellor down until he was forced to state football, our AD has already raised the money and our lights are up in our football stadium, she is the greatest judge of coaching talent since Butters hired Coach K.

Now there! Are you happy Judy?

I don't think any of us are happy, we just don't see the need to make **** up to make issues seem worse than they actually are.

I don't think you'll find a single Niner that will say "that Judy sure is a hell of an athletic director" but you will find a lot that don't think she is the worst in the NCAA like some people try to make her out to be.

So many issues are solved simply by winning. We'd be in a good spot right now if we hadn't lost to CoC, Davidson, UTSA, and Rice. Losing to CoC got us off to a bad start and then losing to Davidson and getting humiliated by FSU pretty much killed any momentum we had built by winning the PR tournament. That's on Major and the team, not on Judy. The team has the tools to win. They have a fairly nice arena, a practice facility, and great workout facilities. She can't make them hit FT's or layups.

Halton would like quite different (not full though) if we were sitting at 18-3 right now with no bad losses instead of the 14-7 record we have.

Thank you. I've avoided NN.N for the last two weeks due to all the constant beacthing, even after wins. Everyone has the right to speak their mind, but damn if it doesn't get tiring and boring of reading the same stuff every day.

Those of us that are relatively sane have missed you. FYI, if you haven't been there, you have PM's. There's another Niner in town. We need to catch a game and get drinks.

That would be me. Definitely need to grab some drinks. Some of us are hitting The Camel Club tonight for Beer and Banjos, fyi.

Cool!! When did you move? Hit me up whenever. Tonight might be tough but I'm always looking for a reason to get out of the house and watch a game.

It will be interesting to see what we get tonight. I'll be there. I wonder if Marshall will have many fans? I know they're having a tough year, but they have a solid alumni base in the area that doesn't get many chances to see their team.

Basketball Coaches I would love for Charlotte to consider hiring. Ron Hunter (Georgia St.), Rick Byrd ( Belmont), Gregg Marshall (Wichita St. "No chance"), Paul Hewitt (George Mason), or Chris Mooney (Richmond).

I'd put Rick Byrd in the "No Chance" category as well. I think he's firmly entrenched at Belmont in Nashville. He might leave for an opening at utk or maybe vandy, but I don't think he leaves for anything else, unfortunately. The last five or six years, he has been a very tough out in the series with Middle Tennessee which really bothers a lot of us old time Blue Raider fans who still remember when they were an average naia program. I think he's best college basketball coach in the state and I wish he would go elsewhere.
