WBB: Start time for February 27th game at NIU has been changed
Changed from 8 Eastern to 12:30. So it's a Thursday afternoon start Eastern time. Might be one of the few games I can't listen to or watch live online.

I understand the rational for these games, but does anyone else find the idea of pulling kids out of school to attend a basketball game to promote their education as being somewhat humorous? Even remotely?

The first game this year was a bust because it was a school snow day; hence, the need to reschedule. Still it is a good thing that so many of those who follow the Lady Rockets are retired, otherwise attendance could suffer, even with all the kids out of school for the game.

EDIT---I should have realized that we don't get to play NIU at home twice....duh...I guess I need to polish up on my reading comprehension skills.

This sucks, another game we pay for and can't attend because of work.

Just wanted to point out that this game is a ROAD game for UT. The previous posts on this thread made it sound like it was a UT home game.

Sorry if I caused the confusion (I'm good at doing that) The thread title says at NIU, but I guess it could have been clearer …
