Yeah, Travis Ford was fired for how terrible the program was doing.

I had forgotten that

He was decent. Took them to the NIT. Yay.

Shambles, shambles I tell ya.

Kellogg took over a much, much worse situation than Pastner.

Everyone did. In the history of D1 basketball, nobody has had it as good as Pastner

I love it when JP tells the players to make 3's and they do it. Funny stuff.

He's 17-2 and ranked #13 in the nation.

With stunning victories over #19 New Mexico at home and no other ranked team. #13? Try maybe top 30.

I'm so angry with Pastner. If Pearl was our coach, I GUARANTEE he would have told our guys to make them all the time. He might be a sleazeball, but he's a great coach and he would be telling our guys to make 3's every game.

you mean the guy who took over for the guy who took over for Dean Smith.
Coach Gut did just fine replacing Smith.
Coach Robo Doh...not so much.

UMass has the same problems Memphis had in CUSA.
Not many chances to play top 20ish type teams...and having to win their conference tourney to guarantee a somewhat decent NCAA bid

13 5-Star players, and 5 4-star walk-ons, with $100 million in the bank to recruit with and every team we faced laying down so we could get a high seed.
