The scary fact of the day is that you guys came awfully close to beating us.

We came close to beating most teams in the SBC and many in non-conference. We have held second half leads in over half our games. We have no dpeth at all. Part of that is due to a new coach and missing recruiting time, but next year could be worse. We have four contributors this year, three are all conference caliber. Those three are also seniors. With no depth, next year could be really rough.

In the meantime, UTA leads 25-18 with eight minutes left in the first, so there's that.

Ga.Southern 83 Citadel 52. Citadel is the bottom team in the SoCon but a win is a win. We went on a 29-0 run in the first half. I don't think I have ever seen that much of a run.

We go to 3-4 in conference, 10-12 overall.

If this is the UTA team that has played to where our record is now, the Toppers should get about half of the second where we drop a turd, considering we played well in the first 20 minutes. Our MO in close games is to play well for 30 minutes, play terrible for ten somewhere in there, play furiously to catch up and then have just enough NOT left to lose by a close score. However, if it is the team that has won their last three games, we may be alright. Second half to come.

Ondering if we are hitting our poor play section now. 47-35 lead is now 47-46.

UTA out of the funk, but WKU keeping the pressure on 55-53 Mavs lead with a little over 8 minutes left in regulation.

WKU with their first lead of the half, 63-62, less than four minutes remaining.
