Eddie Collins (I'm 75% sure it was Eddie, but it might have been Reggie Turner) wore one for one game BITD. If I recall correctly, Eddie said when he wore the mask, it was an elbow magnet, that he had been elbowed in the nose 4 times. Once to break it and 3 more times while wearing the mask.

Did Squeaky Johnson wear a mask at Memphis in about 2003 ?

It was either Bush, Finley or Squeaky that received a broken nose in practice going into the game at Memphis. I don't remember a mask, but I do remember the broken nose.
