LO is a local team. We usually play them in exhibition but this year we played a secret scrimmage game so we couldn't play 2 exhibition games. Pastner had a verbal commitment to the coach of Lemoyne-Owen and this game really helps their athletic budget so we are playing them today.

First time in a long time we have played a non-D1 team during the year.

It's on ESPN3 nationally. The Grizzlies picked up a few local games like this one to be televised which is why it's showing on SportSouth.

You guys got UTEP today, huh? It's still weird not to be playing you.
