SEMO
Big game tonight as it gives us a chance to go up a couple games on EKU. Also big because SEMO is not going to want to fall to 0-3 in the West where they were probably the favorites.

Bradley is playing like the OVC POTY ... need to stop him or minimize others contributions to have a chance. Or both.

A lot of OVC eyes will be on the Bruins tonight!

Big game as we have not looked great at home in-conference so we need to step up on the road. To see a great defensive effort would be a big plus and very encouraging. We can't let Ty Stone beat us up in the paint either.

Speaking of EKU, how about the beat down they got last night at home against Murray? I really thought Murray would struggle this year, but they are off to a great start in conference, and their new freshmen and juco players look solid. That is going to be a big game when we play them at home.

It would be nice to get another one up on EKU, but the way they are playing, it may be Morehead that is the biggest challenge in the east.

I hope our guys are feeling better now and we're ready to play.

RE: SEMO
I spoke with a couple of our assistant coaches Tuesday at the Luncheon and they touted both Bradley and Stone as two of the best players in the conference. We are going to have to try and stay out of foul trouble tonight. Blake is going to have to play a great game and limit Stone inside. I thought he played one of the best games of his career at Jacksonville State last week. We are going to need a similar performance tonight.

What's with the quality of this picture? Is it just my computer or is everyone's terrible?

We didn't/couldn't stop anyone from scoring last night.... thank goodness we executed to near perfection on the offensive end ourselves.

Really fun game to watch. Scoring everywhere. That Bradley kid on SEMO especially is fun to watch. Overall, defensive effort was scary on both ends. I thought we were bad, but SEMO looked much worse. A couple times, our guys had open looks behind the 3 pt line without even hesitation from SEMO to guard them.

Glad we won. 3-0 start, and we should take care of UT Martin this weekend. EKU on the Road next week should be a tougher game, and then AT TSU always gives us fits it seems.
