RE: CUSA gets a rare good win
Oklahoma's only other loss was to Michigan State. La Tech jumps into the RPI Top 100.

Do you really think that?
What has southern miss done? Their rpi is beyond artificially inflated. Latech may be For real.

La Tech almost lost. A 3 @ the buzzer by OK took it to ot much like our game with the lobos. Good to see them pull out the W.

CUSA gets a rare good win
Who Ken Pom ranks highest doesn't mean a thing to me about who is actually a better team.
USM and La Tech will be key games and they are among the better teams with Charlotte UAB and UTEP but teams to beat? Don't think so. Doesn't UAB have the best win of any CUSA team to date?

RE: CUSA gets a rare good win
Unless I'm wrong (which I often am) C-USA as a whole only has 3 Top 50 wins so far.
Current RPI:
26 - UAB over UNC
28 - USM at North Dakota State
46 - LA Tech at Oklahoma

RE: CUSA gets a rare good win
LaTech has lost to St. Mary's (45) by 13, La La (100) by 9, and OK St. (3) by 15.
USM has lost to Louisville (1) by 31, and W. KY (169) by 3.
UTEP has lost to New Mexico St. (59) by 13, New Mexico St. (59) by 9, Iowa (12) by 36, Kansas (7) by 4, and NO (310) by 2.
UAB has lost to New Mexico (47) by 3, Temple (95) by 21, and LSU (38) by 23.
Charlotte has lost to College of Charleston (204) by 1, Davidson (183) by 9, FSU (27) by 44, and GA Tech (96) by 3.
MTU has lost to FL (11) by 20, Belmont (107) by 12, MS (78) by 9, Cincy (36) by 21, and Maine (331) by 4.
Tulsa's worst losses were to TCU (181) by 7 and again by 12.
ECU's worst loss was to UNC Wilmington (251) by 2.
According to Pomeroy's computer program, the teams listed above are the top 8 teams in C-USA. I still believe LaTech and USM are the teams to beat this season, and yes UAB will play those teams at The Bart.

So you were saying from a UAB perspective that these are the two teams the Blazers needs to be concerned with in conference play?

Okay. It's just my opinion based on Pomeroy's objective assessment. I appreciate your opinion.
