RE: QB commit with inside information on jmu realignment?
Nittolo clarified himself a bit more in the DNR today. He said that no coaches told him specifically that we were moving to CUSA and he just was basing that on rumors that he's heard.

This is unrelated, but he also said that JMU's offense will work out of shotgun 95% of the time and that he was told by coaches that the QB position is up for grabs.

As long as the goal line offense fits into the 5% that isn't shotgun, I'll be happy

Does it really matter what formation they're in as long as they score?

2011: redshirted
2012: 3rd team All CAA, CAA offensive rookie of year and the won the Jerry Rice award for National Freshman of the Year. 2013: 1st team ALL CAA.
Villanova raked in a recruiting class full of 2-3 star players, ranked the #1 class 2011 because of the BS that Nova put out that they were going to the Big East.

Ironically, had he chosen JMU, he would have been JMU's starting QB these last 2 seasons. JMU would have made the playoffs last season, and likely this season, with him Robertson at QB, running the same offense that ran with JT in 07'-08', similar to what VU has run the last 2 seasons. MM would still be coaching JMU today.

Heck, I hope the JMU coaches are picking a conference better than the C-USA to tell recruits JMU is going to. At least make it the AAC. Heck, make it the ACC. Whatever BS works....

i can't believe i'm saying this, but i actually agree with you.
