Xavier- Saturday
Just saw a great article from Gregg Doyel of CBS- talking about the Saturday game with Xavier/Wake Forest.

Great article- can't fathom that it's been almost 6 1/2 years since Prosser passed away now.

Thanks for posting this Steve. I remember reading about Skip's passing while teaching a summer class in London in 2007. I about fell out of my chair in the library of St Mary's University. Skip was a great man, and one sorely missed by most fans of the game, especially those fans associated with Xavier and Wake Forest.

He was a great man... and the funny thing is that during his tenure at Xavier Bob Huggins was probably the most hated man by the Xavier fan base... yet Huggins and Prosser were great friends. They were both well known to be found out drinking together at several different places around town... I even have good friends who kept bars open after hours for the 2 of them when they'd walk into the establishment together at 2AM.

I remember UC and Wake having a series when Prosser went there... it was always fun to see those 2 coaches on the sideline against each other.
