Rivalries can't be announced at a press conference. They have to develop on their own time and in their own way. But I think GSU-GaSo will become a major rivalry in the future.

This has been a rivalry game for a long long time just as Mercer has been. It's just that people don't follow MBB as closely as football. But you can bet that GT and UGA don't want this FOOTBALL rivalry to happen. Especially as Clean Ole Fashioned Hate becomes more and more...meh.

Yeah, you can catch it at the GSU Sports Arena. Go to the North Springs Marta Station, get on a train, get off at 5 points, get on an east bound train, get off at the next stop (Capitol, Georgia State, State Office Buildings), Cross the street.
