I have tried to like soccer for years. It just isn't working. Why do those pansies lay on the ground and act like they have had their limbs blown off, get carried off the field, and by the time they are on the sideline they're ready to come back in the game. Grow a pair!

I completely agree. I went into the game a neutral spectator and ended up pulling for Grmany strictly because the Italians came off as a bunch of vaginas. The kind of guys that fight by wildly flailing their arms and slapping instead of trading punches with you. Made me want to puke on a couple of occations.

Well if the U.S. couldn't finally win it I'm sure glad Italy could. They are my second team and for a day I became a soccer hooligan. In 2008 the U.S. has another shot and with the talent levels just continuing to swell in this country its only a matter of when not if that the U.S. hoists the World Cup.
