Regardless of what you think about the autism link, a healthy child is the absolute last demographic that needs to be getting a flu shot. Those immune systems need to develop so they can fight off infections that could be deadly later on. I have never in my life had a flu shot and I have only gotten the flu once in the last 20 years... and by God I survived.

Depends on the strain of flu. Most flu strains are more harmful for the elderly, but occasionally they are more severe for youth. The Spanish flu in 1918 (or maybe 1917) was more deadly for people in their teens and 20's.

Besides doing a fantastic job of it for the last 500 years... Now obama and his minions want to tell us what to do...

Even if you get a Flu Shot it only protects you from the more common Flu's Strains which tend to not be as harmful. I haven't gotten a Flu shot in 15 years and haven't had the Flu once in those years.

A flu shot is someone's best guess on how a virus from last year mutated. This is just throwing darts at a board. Like EverRespect I've never had a flu shot in my life and I made it this far.
