Not sure why you guys are complaining for NIU that their championship game cost them a shot at a BCS game, it is the way the system works. The ACC, Big 10, SEC, PAC12 all have the same issue. Today it could cost FSU, OSU, AU, Mizzou a shot at the NC. If your conference enjoys the benefit of having a championship game, it has to endure the effects of it. Kansas St has felt it, Houston has felt it, now NIU have felt it. If you want the big game, you got to win the big games. End of story.

I feel for the NIU players, but they are the ones that didn't play as well as the other team. And lets face it, when you lose by 20, you were out played.

I'm not mad at BG for beating NIU, if Miami were there I'd want us to win. We lose a lot of money and exposure, plus OU and CMU will probably not be bowling at all this year. Plus Clawson will probably be plucked by a bigger program now.

I don't feel bad at all for NIU...A few of their fans posted over here and you would have thought they would be in the BIg Ten soon they way they talked down to all the rest of us....They had their chance last season and got blown out..
