Apology accepted. You must be spending too much time with Cat's Claw.

You sure spend a lot of time mentioning my name. Especially since I haven't said anything about you in ages! ;-) Seriously, considering the trashing that the Big East and departing C-USA schools took you should expect hard feelings. I will always wish C-USA well, but I'm not going to forget the crap people put us through and obviously neither will other fans of Big East schools who were in C-USA.

Relax, buddy. I mentioned your name because you used to be HYPER-SENSITIVE when it came to the Big East and the BCS bid. I never once said the Big East should lose its BCS bid, but you used to freak out whenever I posted anything. I'm glad that you have mellowed.

Sort of like the same way that you get so hypersensitive when anyone says anything about cusa over here, right? lmfao

I tend to think there is a big difference. My buddy Cat's Claw used to freak out even when something POSITIVE was written about the Big East.

I only get bent out of shape when folks make negative or stupid posts about C-USA. Kind of like your stupid post about Memphis not being a 1 seed even if they won out last year. Whatever happened with that?

The same thing that happened with your stupid post saying that Rutgers and USF were not good enough to win cusa last year, especially when the cusa east champion was run over by USF.

At the time that I made my statement about Memphis, I thought that there were a couple of teams in cusa in cusa would be able to knock them off, but I was very wrong. At least as time went on, I waS ABLE TO ADMIT i was wrong. You on the other hand refuse to admit that it was very possible for Rutgers or USf to win cusa last season, even using the term absurd. lmfao

1. You are comparing facts with fantasy.

2. Either you are lying or you forgot what you said. It had nothing to do with you thinking Memphis would lose. The argument was that it was IMPOSSIBLE for Memphis to be a #1 season even if they WON OUT. Well, they didn't win out and still got the #1 seed.

If anyone is lying it would be you. I never said it would be impossible. I dont know where that came from. Its a moot point. As the season went on, I realized I was wrong and admitted it. You should try admitting that USF and Rutgers were good enough and could have won cusa last year. Be a man, will ya.

One was proven. The other will always be speculative.

I would say that by the way that USF manhandled the cusa east champ, that it was proven that USF was good enough to win cusa last year.

Yea, we all know how that works in football. If you beat team A and team A beats team B than that means you are better than team B, right?

Last year SMU beat TCU. TCU beat Oklahoma. Therefore, I guess that means you think SMU (5-6) was better than Oklahoma?

Also, I guess that means Memphis should have won at least a share of the natianal championship in 2003. The BCS awarded it to LSU, but that was a mistake because...

LSU lost to Florida
Florida lost to Mississippi
Mississippi lost to Memphis

According to your logic that makes us better than LSU, right? You seem to understand about as much about college football as you do NCAA tournament seeding.

No, not just that dummy, althogh I would say that USF top 20 rated defense would have stopped every offense in cusa. Im judging by the way that USF hung in there with teams like Penn St and miami and WV, and actually beating Louisville. Usf is probably better than everyone in cusa, even with their terrible offense. I am also saying that the worse team that USF played last year was Cuse, as opposed to rice and smu etc...

It would be very hard for me not seeing USF win CUSA last year. Yes it is pure speculation, but from seeing some of the teams from both Conference play, I don't think anybody would of held Rutgers offense in check and I think USF would have would quite a few games. I think Tulsa might have given them a run, but USF would have done some damage in that league. Nobody would of beat WVU or UofL.
