6th Man
Drove down from Jacksonville with my three boys to see the game. The venue was great -- as small as some HS gyms. Sometimes things are said on this board about older Tiger fans not being spirited enough. I have to say that our fans were electric tonight. They stood for much of the game and were very loud. We truly put the OSU fans to shame from the get-go. I think the fan support was a real factor tonight. My nine year old (who hadn't seen the Tigers play since he was three) said that it was the best time of his life. Oh, and I just have to say that I love Shaq's attitude. He had a smile on his face so many times (even when inbounding the ball to start the second half down 10). He was loose and having fun. Congrats to JP for a solid game plan and getting the team ready to execute. Tonight reminded me of "old" times.

I love this post. My 14 year old daughter was laughing at me during the game. The dogs went and hid under the bed.

RE: 6th Man
The Memphis fans who went to this game did their job well. It was very impressive to see all the support we give to this team and the school. I saw some people in orange in the crowd but the Memphis fans were on top of their game last night....vocal...together and......loud. On TV it looked great. I was very proud of all of you guys. Plus.....we sent our Cheerleaders too!!

I was working with the TV on and could tell by the crowd noise when the Tigers were doing well.

RE: 6th Man
I was doing victory laps around the den like Shaq was on the court.
