Pellom = Grit and Grind
We finally have a guy since Joey who likes to get physical.

We really needed that element and he looks to be that guy!

Hopefully he will gain more explosiveness as he rounds into shape throughout the season and recovers from surgery. Could have had a big time scoring line if he could get up a little more. Love what I have seen so far from him.

I will be honest, I thought he would be another Farrakan but he is kinda explosive and nimble.

I thought the same thing. It looked like Smart was off balance more than anything.

RE: Pellom = Grit and Grind
Had seen him play a couple of times in the area over the past couple of years and knew he would bring toughness and rebounding to the Tigers. Too bad he got hurt, but I'm sure he'll play more as he get healthier.
