Tosin helped out in the 1st half with quality minutes.

I've been very impressed with Tosin's play as a freshman. And Fahro with 7 offensive rebounds, heck yeah.

Our rebounding, however, was outstanding. This team really attacks the boards unlike anything I've ever experienced before. I like their aggressiveness.

Great win. Haase is really getting things going on the Southside. And I love how he continues to talk about the program. Even if he is thinking about himself or even a future job in a major conference, he continues to talk about raising up UAB and building something special. He is doing everything to turn UAB into a power. If he sticks with UAB, I see UAB rising to heights not seen since Gene Bartow.

Haase mentioned the fact that you have to get back in transition against a fast break UNC team. Then basically said, ahh, we just decided that we'd pound the offensive glass AND play great transition D. you can do both.

The Bart was rocking tonight. What a victory! Frazier was amazing. BlazerOrBust speaks the truth. I just don't like his attitude.

Rucker has significantly improved his free throw shooting this season.

I've given him crap all year, but Swing played really good D tonight.

Won it the man way tonight. Rebounds and free throws. Very proud of Tosin. He is going to be a force before long.

Yeah. He definitely stepped it up. The whole team seemed to be committed on the defensive end.

Fantastic win. The best basketball atmosphere in this state can be found at the big games in Bartow. More wins like today and it will be every game.

Any recruits we had at this game got something solid to chew on. Great game atmosphere and a solid win.

With that said, remember 2 of the big contributors to the game were signed really late in the process - Faz & Rucker.

Both teams played outstanding defense tonight...only four threes in the game (3 by Frazier, 1 by UNC).

I was shocked that UNC's transition defense was so slow in the first half. I think we all knew that Roy was going to make some good adjustments, but the guys made enough plays to win it.

The biggest irony of all was that the white-shirted-urine-tarp-wearing ticket nazis actually enabled the storming of the court by not allowing the players into the stands. That led directly to giving the football players an inroad. Honestly, that's the best penetration against a line I've seen all season.
