So, one strategy CUSA might adopt is to take a few home games from FIU, UTSA, and UTEP and bid them as a package to the Spanish networks.

Can't they do both. Bid an english language and a spanish language package? Doesn't the NFL do it that way?

When do C-USA's current contracts end? When do C-USA's new T.V. negotiations start?

Few watch college football in South Florida. Fewer still watch it in Spanish.

Yes. UTEP already does this for it's radio contracts and I believe that SDSU of the MWC does also.

CUSA's contracts run until the 2015-16 season.
