We have not heard anything from McGhee since the last game on Nov. 30th. Sure would be nice for him to surface and comment on something (like who the new DC is). At this point anything remotely positive when it comes to the FB team would be nice.

He just needs to coach. McGee has another year before he really needs to make changes. He has time to grow. The 4th might be his last.

That would be nice. I think 5 wins should be the minimum next year. If he can't get 5, then plans should be made to end this experiment in year 4.
