RE: Poinsettia Bowl
For us fans, a trip all the way out Cali or a trip out to Boise again, would suck. Well, at least for me, I don't know about you guys. I'd love a bowl in Florida. I think we would get a great turnout.

I love San Diego, but would not be able to make that due to a previously scheduled trip. I'm hoping for the bowl in St. Pete.

I know no one wants to go back to Boise, but I loved my trip out there. The scenery was amazing and it was so nice out there.

RE: Poinsettia Bowl
San Diego, the day after Christmas, is more expensive than the trip to Boise. At least, at the moment. Unless you're planning on spending Christmas out there, which sounds nice, but I'd imagine is quite a conflict for a lot of our fans.

I was looking at the trip for the kids....they put in the work and a bowl should be a nice reward. Travel during the holidays is always difficult

Oh yeah, it'd be a great trip for our guys, for sure. Even though at a $500,000 payout, seems to me this would be one of those games where the university takes a loss just to participate. Plenty of benefits beyond that, though.

I saw the UT-ECU projection for the Beef O'Brady.

RE: Poinsettia Bowl
Making the case for Ohio U to be in a bowl game, IMO, will be a steep hill to climb. They have lost three in a row and they were not close games. The wrap up against UMASS and should they win will go 8-5 with quality wins only early in the season. If this is a lack of bowl eligible teams then they are your team. Question is who wants to own them as a bowl participant?.
