Jeff Goodman-Freshman Tracker
Goodman just posted his freshman tracker and Nick King was added this week, coming in at #9. It's on insider article so I don't think I can copy it but he basically said he was impressed with his production in limited time against Ok State. Also an 'NBA executive' praised his effort down low and likes his upside.

Reminds me of Kidd g from Kentucky. I like his effort and is a nice looking freshman. Hope he continues to work hard because that's why he's getting the recognition

Not if he stays on the trajectory he's been on thus far.

He ought to gather all those bricks and build a house...can't go 3-12 from the charity stripe. He shot 82% in high school I think...surely he will get better. Love his work inside so far...

Right hand dribbling also> But when he get's a nice setup pass for the three> His stroke looks good...he's pretty confident he can make that shot....Looks to the the prototype for a cutter; slasher; movement without the ball & spotting for the three> Even @ the next level, kinda reminds of Andre Iguodala

Good call, there, Derek. While I'm thrilled with Austin and Big Dom, and I like what I see in flashes from Kuran, Nick looks most ready for the college game of all of our class. Hopefully the free throw % will come up, but Nick is a joy to watch. Looks bigger than 220 pounds, too.

Kuran perplexes me...

I thought he was a skilled player, one that could shoot on the move and drive. I have not really seen that from him yet. Seems like he is capable of driving but not strong enough to take any contact.

I've seen nothing that I like from Kuran. I understand that Pastner was punishing Dom for not getting to the table fast enough Saturday, but I was annoyed by the number of minutes Iverson got. He looks totally lost out there.

My opinnion .... Biggest obstacle for Josh is convincing everyone of their role .... Iverson and Wilson need to be defensive standouts on the FRONT end of the press .... That's where their minutes and point will come ... I don't think either is thrilled with their role right now ...

Thats what games like Nicholls are for.
