Rumor has it that the firm will be re-tooling the "ECU" logo. We'll know soon enough.

I really, really hope that they don't mess with the PSOM logo...

I do not think you will see totally new and different logos...I would describe it as more of a refresh. We have so many different logos and word marks right now. I think they are trying to combine some things and get rid of some others we really do not use any longer. I suspect you will see a more formal logo using a freshened version of the Jolly Roger we are currently using a lot...Probably the Jolly Roger with ECU or East Carolina incorporated. These are just somewhat educated guesses on my part based on a conversation I had with a member of the Athletic Administration earlier this year. I fell pretty certain we will not be getting rid of the Jolly Roger or our PSOM logo.

I would love to see the jolly roger take over as the primary mark. Never cared for the pirate head, but I still love the script Pirates and strutting Pee Dee, so go figure.
