VCU leading by 2 in the 2nd half

Georgetown broke the press. Game over!

I wasn't a big fan of adding VCU to this conference, but I'm kinda changing my mind.

Good win for Georgetown.

it was a great game. Thought Georgetown figured out the press to some degree- and found another level we hadn't seen yet. A Huge win in my opinion.

Yeah, despite the loss, we can see what Georgetown was afraid of at the thought of empowering them with a Big East membership.

I'm keeping an eye out for the ratings on this game. VCU/UVA earned a .3 (474k households/554k viewers), which isn't too shabby for ESPN2 at 7:30 on a Tuesday while Kentucky/MSU played ESPN's second most-viewed, non-conference men’s college basketball game in history.

Maybe the VCU/GTown rematch story line combined with viewership spillover from UNC's upset of Louisville helped mitigate a 2pm slot on ESPNU.
