At least it will be a very easy way to kill Obamacare.

Yes it is... The process supports nominations that are more acceptable to both parties. Zero could give a sh!t less, and does not mind if his nomination are DOA. Obama is transforming the Senate to a body of majority rule. So the minority party does not even need to show up.

Thank that prickZero.

I don't disagree, but I'd say it goes further than that. He, and his willing comrades- hacks reid, turdin and scum-er are making it into a puppet gallery with zerO pulling the strings. Blind Marionettes, all of them.

Hope they enjoy the matinee, cause this ish will be at curtain call soon enough.

Nominations were being axed if they clerked for Sierra Club. Seriously? Nominations were being held up for pure politics. Iwas wrong about the 85 in 8 years too. It was in the last 4.

Want to provide some support for that claim.
Go to CSPAN.com and watch the videos from this week. Do I have to walk you through that process?

I'm sorry but I don't have the time to search through a week's worth of videos from C-SPAN. If you would be kind enough to provide a specific day and time, I'd certainly appreciate your assistance.
I can't remember the days. I think Tuesday and Wednesday about this time.

Wow that really pins it down.

But it does make me wonder, who watches C-Span all day long. Have you ever considered getting a fu**en life?

Or you didn't really see anything and are trying to weasel your way out of getting caught in a lie.

It's her views on the law they are objecting to Mach, not her clerking with the Sierra club

What's abortion to Pillard well it is meant to "“free women from historically routine conscription into maternity”"

“Public school teaching of gender stereotypes violates the constitutional bar against sex stereotyping and is vulnerable to equal protection challenge.”

“I argue for a counter-stereotyping sex education that affirms women’s and men’s desire, sexual agency, and responsibility. The same principles that presumptively forbid other kinds of sex-based official action should prevent public schools from training students in accordance with double standards and stereotyping-training that also impairs reproductive justice,” Pillard wrote.
