North Carolina also lost to Belmont, so the ACC must suck too

Little man's syndrome? Certainly seems like it as you have a hard on to attack anyone not Memphis when talking direct schools, and not AAC when talking conferences. The AAC and the Big East will both be fine in basketball. There is no reason to get goofy over an early season loss by a team who is playing in the Caribbean.
