Good idea, maybe we can alternate them..

I'm a big Simpsons fan so I'm partial to the Nelson Muntz :)

I actually don't think we would be able to use either during the game.

The crowd could do it though

It's awesome to 1. Know who we've signed this early and 2. Have signees talented enough that people are excited about following their high school career

It's great just having some in-state signees to follow and even get to see. Before Tyler Madison last year, it had been since Anderson's last year that UAB had signed any in-state kids straight from high school (Dortch, Crawford, and Nickson). The few Alabama kids we've signed since then have been JUCO's and a transfer.

Gonna try to make the Hazel Green game tomorrow at Vestavia HS.

Cokley and Savannah High open their season at Beach HS tomorrow night also.

Was Hazel Green @ Vestavia today as in Thanksgiving day? Or is the day tomorrow 11/29?

Sorry, guess I was muddled after being so near the Heart of Darkness at Shelton State. Hazel Green plays Shades Valley at 1:00 pm tomorrow (Friday) at Vestavia Hills High School.

Hewitt hosts Mountain Brook tonight at 6:00 in what should be a tough test for Jarvis Calhoun.

Savannah High crushed Beach last Friday 62-32 and Chris Cokley had 12 points.

Beach is usually another good bb school but SAV high has big game against Johnson which is a perennial power in this region on Dec 14. Big game for both teams since they are cross town rivals.

Yeah, I saw that. Not sure where D1 Circuit gets their numbers. I was just going by what the Selma Times Journal was reporting, they had a reporter at the game. Daniel Evans still says 11 points and 7 rebounds for Ha Ha against Southside.

Of course, some of his reported jr yr numbers(15 blocks/game) were unbelievable...

Not that I am aware of recently.

If he did, he isn't showing any signs of problems with it.

Yes, I saw that.
Doesn't necessarily mean that he had knee surgery though.
