Despite the great J.L. performance, nothing has changed.

Lets keep the votes coming in.
Outside of Texas, Manziel has fewer states then JL showing interest.
A bad game against LSU should decrease the gap even more.
Good to see Jordan Lynch increasing his lead over third place Jameis Winston.

RE: Nissan Heisman voting...
We did succeed in closing the gap to 7% as hoped for.
Illinois voter percentage for Jordan Lynch(arguably the greatest NIU player) increased from 54% to 55%.
Number of voters must be much larger then the Jake Coffman for the Loews award.
We have gotten our favorite Huskie to a solid #2 at 16% ahead of FSU super-star by 2% and behind Texan legend J.M. by only 7%.
Jonny Manziel has the Heisman to lose. With the brutal SEC schedule, he has the perfect show combined with giant talented receivers
who Lynch could only dream about.
Texas with 7% of the National vote holds 19% of the total vote. Jonny Manziel has 46% of that vote accounting for over 95% of his votes.
Illinois with 4% of the National vote holds 4% of the total vote. Jordan Lynch has 55% of that vote, with Indiana 6%(MDawgg not been very active)California, Florida, Ohio, Wisconsin all 3%; Texas, Michigan, Iowa all have 2%.
If we can help keep the number 2 position for Jordan Lynch as a thank-you success will be achieved.
If Jonny Manziel has a bad again against LSU, the doors are open to decrease his lead.
Thank-you to all those voting daily and getting friends and family to do the same.

I posted on facebook. Trying to get it going.

My sister-in-law went to NIU. She was loving it. She probably got her gal pals in the suburbs of Chicago voting. I posted to use different browsers, multiple times a day in each, etc.

Would LOVE to see Lynch beat Johnny-beat-my-meat.

Jordan has an excellent shot at getting an NYC invite after today. Let's hope Baylor goes down tonight. If they do, I think he might be going as long as they finish with a MAC championship.

You mean that sexual assault mess he is involved in? With his DNA proving he was part of it. Yea. A real man of integrity he is. 03-puke

Not trying to defend him at all, but just having DNA isn't proof of anything other than sex occurred. These things are always hard to prove, and I wasn't there so I can't say one way or the other.
