As long as you are undefeated and playing for BCS bowls the weekday games are great. I will admit last night was real important for NIU to be on that stage and the national exposure helped us. Its just the other 90% of the time where it hurts.

Couldnt disagree more. I work w/ a u of mich alum. one of the.1st times we talked cfb he mentioned how crazy that NIU-UT game was two years back. We werent in BCS contention then were we? Bottom line lot of cfb junkies who will watch midweek games no matter who is playing. My opion at least.
