I think it's a shrewd move and I wonder how this impacts East Carolina? ODU seems to be moving ahead without them.

I can still see us scheduling ECU for a short term home/home series in a few years. They recruit this area just like VT so its in their best interest as well.

Ehh I think we should wait for Oregon. We should go for the ACC schools for awhile and then go for the bigger ones. I want a rematch against ECU again though.

I like that thinking, but we also don't want to over schedule. We need two or three OOC wins each year too. Bowl eligibility is important too. Then again, I'd rather play VT or NC State at home than Troy State in Boca Raton.

Glad we have a chance to establish a competitive relationship with App State. If we go 2-0 against them, by the transitive property I will feel a bit better about our losses to GaSo.
